Job Description

Title: Sr. PIM Administrator / Product Information Specialist (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

 

Resource will support both internal users and external vendors with PIM-related requests, maintain product data and system configurations, and assist with ongoing enhancements to the PIM platform. The role will also participate in Agile sprint activities and QA testing of system changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for Stibo Product Information Management (PIM).
  • Handle PIM requests from internal associates and external vendors.
  • Maintain and update product information, attributes, lists of values, master tables, and other PIM configurations.
  • Use the PIM Workbench Tool to manage product data and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot PIM data, configuration, and user-related issues.
  • Assist with PIM system enhancements, changes, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in Sprint planning and other Agile team activities.
  • Perform QA testing to validate PIM changes, enhancements, and updates.
  • Work with business users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve product information issues and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

8 years experience is required.

  • Experience with Stibo Product Information Management (PIM).
  • Experience with PIM Workbench.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience maintaining product data, attributes, lists of values, or similar PIM/master data.
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot PIM-related requests.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Sprint planning, and QA testing is a plus.
