Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Lead/Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience designing and building high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. While titled as a Full Stack Role, this position heavily focuses on backend engineering, core Java, distributed systems, batch processing, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput microservices using Spring Boot and core Java.

• Implement robust batch processing workflows using Spring Batch to handle large-scale financial datasets.

• Optimize high-concurrency systems utilizing Multi-threading, concurrent programming, and asynchronous event processing.

• Architect and integrate real-time messaging pipelines using Apache Kafka.

• Deploy, scale, and manage microservices on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Ensure high code quality, performance, resilience, and security standards across the backend ecosystem.

• Participate in face-to-face technical discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Tech: Java (12+ years experience), Multi-threading, Design Patterns, Data Structures & Algorithms.

• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud, Spring Data / Hibernate.

• Architecture: Microservices Architecture, RESTful Web Services, Distributed Systems.

• Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka (Event-driven processing).

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS Services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.

• Databases: Relational Databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
