Job Description

The role has transitioned to a 1099 independent contractor position. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual who can work a few hours per week to support our office and administrative needs. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience, including motivated high school graduates and college students looking for part-time work experience.
Position: Office Admin Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: On-site / local travel as required -
Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)
Commitment:
A few hours per week, based on business needs
Start: Immediate /
preferably before August 21, 2026 for transition
Pay Rate: depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, including timely replenishment and maintaining pantry organization and hygiene.
  • Handle local business errands, including store purchases, banking, mail/courier services, and document drop-offs and pickups.
  • Scan mails and email to the respective departments
  • Coordinate business travel, accommodations, and event-related bookings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate client and employee events.
  • Maintain purchase records, receipts, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and asset/inventory records.
  • Support HR with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset allocation and returns and coordination of system access activation/deactivation with the appropriate teams.
  • Provide other administrative and office support as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for local business errands.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this engagement.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel locally as required for office errands, vendor coordination, and events.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently coordinate office, vendor, inventory, and event-related activities.
  • Availability for a few hours per week, with flexibility based on office and event needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional and well-organized, with strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, travel, and corporate/client events.
  • Strong local knowledge and ability to handle time-sensitive errands and office requirements independently.
