Receptionist/Sales Assistant
to join our rapidly expanding service team at our

Cadillac Pasadena
dealership! To serve as the first point of contact for our clients while providing administrative and sales support. This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional, luxury-level guest experience while assisting the sales team with appointments, client follow-up, vehicle information, data entry, and reporting.

Receptionist Responsibilities

Greet all clients and guests with a warm, professional, and polished demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment. Create a first-class guest experience by ensuring all visitors are acknowledged promptly and made to feel welcomed and valued. Manage front desk operations as the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients, executives, and VIP guests. Answer and route incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette, professionalism, and discretion.

Coordinate guest arrivals and ensure proper notification of sales or service personnel for seamless client handoffs. Maintain a refined and organized reception area that reflects brand standards at all times. Provide concierge-style support, including assisting clients with directions, scheduling, and general dealership inquiries. Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism. Support appointment coordination and ensure timely communication between departments. Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the luxury standards of Cadillac and US Auto Trust.

Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support overall dealership efficiency. Confirmation of sales appointments
Client follow-up when needed
Client check-in to special events
Data collection and report generation for daily sales traffic and opportunities.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset, friendly personality, and professional demeanor. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive, with a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service.
1+ year of relevant experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn dealership systems, inventory processes, and sales operations. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Must have a clean, valid driver’s license. Must successfully pass a background check and mandatory drug screening.
