HVAC Sales & Installation Manager

30.00–$35.00 per hour +Generous performance-based sales commission program
· Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

As the HVAC Sales & Installation Manager, you'll oversee residential and light commercial installation projects from the initial customer consultation through final completion.

This is a leadership role that combines HVAC technical knowledge, sales, estimating, project management, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality while helping the installation division grow.

Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess HVAC replacement and installation needs.
· Build customer relationships and follow up on sales opportunities.
· Manage installation projects from sale through completion.
· Coordinate technicians, materials, equipment, permits, and project schedules.
· Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep installations on track.
· Ensure all work meets applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards.
· Lead, mentor, and support installation technicians.
· Deliver an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication.
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall department performance.
5+ years of HVAC industry experience
· Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and light commercial applications
· Proven organizational and project management skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
