Job Description What You'll Do

• Lead and support the Care Services team to deliver exceptional injury management outcomes
• Manage Cater Care's national Workers'Compensation portfolio across all Australian jurisdictions
• Provide strategic advice on injury management, rehabilitation and legislative compliance
• Oversee claim costs, premium performance and financial reporting for senior leadership and the Board
• Build strong partnerships with insurers, rehabilitation providers and operational leaders
• Drive continuous improvement across care services, governance and recovery outcomes

Desired Skills and Experience About You

• Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
• Extensive Workers' Compensation claims management experience across Australia
• Allied Health qualification with expertise in injury management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial decision making capability
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for both employees and the business
