Sales Application Engineer ($85K+, 100% Employee Insurance, Company Car) - Cincinnati Ohio

We are seeking a Technical Sales/Application Engineer (Machine Tooling) to lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and post-installation support for grinding machine products. Our client is a world leader in metrology and they design, manufacture, and market a system that provides a simple and reliable solution for in-process dynamic balancing of precision grinding machines.

Core Responsibilities
Technical Sales & Demos: Accompany sales reps to customer sites, deliver technical presentations, and install company products on customers' grinding machines for live demonstrations.

Sales Follow-up: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and secure the final sale.

Installation & Service: Oversee the setup and fine-tuning of products on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Technical high school diploma or university degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry.

Language Skills: Bilingual Japanese/English preferred.

Work Authorization: Must possess valid U.S. Permanent Residency (Green Card) or a valid work visa.

Mobility: Willingness to travel weekly (several days per trip) to customer sites.
Preferred Experience (Prioritized)
Sales, demo, installation, or field service experience at a grinding machine manufacturer.
Broad experience in the general machine tool industry and/or metrology industry.
Hands-on experience operating or maintaining grinding machines at a manufacturing facility.
