Job Description

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic RTE Support Analyst for a 5-month Staff Augmentation opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-live support for the Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) module
  • Manage and resolve Epic support tickets independently
  • Work assigned tickets through to resolution in a post-live environment
  • Support Epic Prelude workflows as needed

Requirements:
  • Certification and experience with the Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) module
  • Post-live support experience working tickets
  • Experience with the Epic Prelude module preferred
  • Ability to manage and resolve Epic support tickets independently
