You will initially manage both sales and operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time sales role as the company grows.

~ You’ll start by handling both sales and operational duties with the aim of transitioning into a sales-only role over time as we grow.

Initial Responsibilities (Sales & Operations)

~ Lead generation and exceeding sales goals.
~ Building client relationships through networking events and outreach.
~ Developing and executing an operations strategy aligned with company goals.
~ Overseeing finances, scheduling, and quality assurance for projects.
~ Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff.
~ Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service standards.
~ Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs.

Future Responsibilities (Sales-Only Focus)

~ Focus entirely on generating leads and securing new business.
~ Continue building client relationships and growing our customer base.
