Desktop Support Specialist

Job Title: Desktop/System Support Specialist

Duration: 5-6 Months of contract

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $20/hr - $25/hr

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support Experience


• WILLING AND ABLE to travel to various U.S. locations as part of integration lifecycle


• Proven experience in hands-on hardware support (imaging, deployment, troubleshooting)


• Understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and account management


• Understanding basic networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)


• Soft skills (Ability to work independently, problem solving skills, and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users)
