As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide clear and professional guidance. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and general questions
• Assist customers with resolving concerns and finding appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex customer needs
