Business Analyst (Healthcare Exp Required)

Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Analytics, Programming, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.

•2 + years of relevant business analyst and/or project management experience.

•Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements and use cases.

•Experience with participating in and facilitating joint requirements gathering sessions.

•Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and use novel tools, as needed.

•Exceptional analytics, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

•Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

•Excellent change management and relationship management skills.

•Ability to be a bridge between business and IT.

•Ability to work in a team environment with multiple and fluid demands.

•Ability to support grant-funded initiatives by maintaining organized, accurate, and timely project documentation; tracking deliverables and dependencies; communicating status and risks; and working within defined program, fiscal, reporting, and compliance expectations.

•Ability to maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

•Working knowledge of how to implement and grow adoption of business applications is preferred.

•Familiarity with Informatica platforms including Enterprise Data Catalog is preferred.

•Experience in leading workshops or training sessions with a user community is preferred.

•Experience supporting federally funded, grant-funded, or other externally funded initiatives with defined deliverables, reporting requirements, implementation timelines, and accountability expectations is preferred.

•Experience supporting rural health, public health, healthcare access, health equity, health systems, community health, or related initiatives is preferred.

•Experience supporting cross-agency, cross-sector, vendor-supported, or multi-stakeholder initiatives is preferred.

•Familiarity with grant-funded project documentation, implementation tracking, outcomes reporting, sustainability planning, or audit-ready records is preferred.
