Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments
Apply strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, and storage principles to support enterprise infrastructure
Perform OS and server administration, patching, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities
Support diverse cloud environments operating within a 24x7 production support model
Develop and maintain scripting and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
Support DevOps, scripting, API, and Infrastructure as Code activities, including Terraform where applicable
Support emerging technologies including containers and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions
Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support as required
Independently support project activities and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs)
Handle P1/P2 incidents, escalations, troubleshooting, and resolution activities
Create and maintain quality Knowledge Base articles, Problem Management documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
Provide technical guidance and support to L1/L2 staff
Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand requirements and resolve infrastructure issues
Maintain strong communication and provide timely updates during incidents, escalations, and project activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of cloud operations, support processes, and service delivery

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
