Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead end-to-end IT program delivery across Product, .NET Engineering, AI & Data, and DevOps teams. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee onsite and offshore teams, and ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client executives and key stakeholders.
• Manage program governance, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and planning sessions.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
• Coordinate pod leads and delivery managers across onsite and offshore teams.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding, team capacity, and utilization.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT delivery and program management.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-team or multi-pod programs.
• Proven experience managing onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, AI, and data programs.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Statement of Work (SoW), fixed-price, or Time & Materials (T&M) engagements.
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, budgeting, and vendor management.

Preferred: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
Work Arrangement: This is an onsite role in New York City, requiring strong client-facing leadership and accountability for overall program success.
