Hiring: DMA Implementation - Configuration & Deployment Lead

📍 Location: Alpharetta, GA (Local candidates near Alpharetta, GA are preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Implementation & Deployment Lead with a strong blend of banking/fintech domain knowledge, hands-on platform configuration, technical troubleshooting, and client-facing delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead banking platform configuration, tenant setup, branding, pricing, and integration validation.

·       Test APIs using Postman and troubleshoot request/response errors, platform logs, and configuration issues.

·       Apply SQL debugging and work with AWS services, including ECS and S3.

·       Coordinate SDLC activities, QA, UAT, release management, production cutover, and rollback planning.

·       Drive client communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration with offshore implementation teams.

·       Identify opportunities to automate repetitive configuration and validation workflows.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of implementation, configuration, technical business analysis, or project coordination experience.

Strong understanding of banking platforms, APIs, SQL, AWS, Jira, Git, and deployment processes.

Working knowledge of Power Automate, Confluence, Excel-based configuration templates, and UAT.

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Multi-bank rollout experience, digital merchant acquisition/payment platforms, and GitHub Copilot exposure.
