This employer is seeking motivated individuals to embark on a dual study program in Social Work. The Role

  • Pursue a state-recognized Bachelor's degree in Social Work with practical, industry-relevant content.
  • Gain in-depth insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, youth welfare, and educational support.
  • Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented, and pedagogical guidance within individual living situations, family routines, and educational contexts.
  • Specialize in one of four key areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or the School Setting.
  • Benefit from a supportive learning environment with small class sizes and personal interaction with instructors.

What You'll Need

  • (Technical) Baccalaureate degree, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
  • Proof of German language proficiency at B2 level.
  • A diligent, responsible, and confidential approach to work.
  • Empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
  • Prior experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
