As an Engineering Field Service Representative (FSR), you will serve as the on-site technical subject matter expert supporting advanced air vehicle systems within U.S.

Navy operations. Embedded directly with Navy units, you will provide training, operational support, troubleshooting, maintenance assistance, and system expertise to ensure mission readiness and operational success. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. Experience with aircraft ground testing and operational support. Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally (OCONUS). Ability to successfully complete required training in California and Maryland.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and aircraft system documentation. Ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR), where applicable. Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

Work Environment
Embedded within U.S. Navy operational units. Primarily based at Patuxent River, MD or Mayport, FL depending on assignment. Training conducted at both Rancho Bernardo, CA and Patuxent River, MD. Combination of flightline, hangar, maintenance, and operational test environments. Frequent collaboration with engineers, technicians, flight crews, and military personnel. Up to 25% domestic and international travel. Potential long-term assignments supporting customers overseas.
