Required Qualifications

• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master/Scrum Leader for software development teams using Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern Agile ways of working.
• Demonstrated expertise in:

• Strong understanding of Scrum patterns, techniques, burndown approaches, retrospectives, backlog management, and defect/bug management.
• Experience with Agile engineering practices such as:
  • User Stories
  • ATDD/TDD
  • Continuous Integration
  • Continuous Testing
  • Automated Testing
  • Pair Programming
  • Agile Games
• Experience removing impediments and managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team challenges.
• Previous experience in a management, team leadership, or people leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• JIRA
• Confluence
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience
• Familiarity with software development and engineering technologies sufficient to effectively coach and support technical teams.
