Job role : Scrum Master

Location: Seattle, WA 98203
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 months, with possible extension

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum Framework and Agile principles

• Experience facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Strong experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally

• Experience removing impediments and improving team productivity

• Strong coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management

• Knowledge of Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, and Cycle Time

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies

• Partner with the Product Owner on backlog management and prioritization

• Identify and remove team impediments

• Protect the team from external interruptions

• Track and report Agile metrics

• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

• Coach teams toward self-organization and Agile maturity

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
