In this role, you’ll own the resident experience at Paseo end to end, from events and programming to the everyday touches that make residents feel at home, working closely with the on-site team to drive resident satisfaction and retention.

Job Responsibilities
Resident Events & Programming
- Own the full resident events calendar at Paseo: planning, budgeting, coordinating, promoting, and executing on-site and off-site events from ideation through follow-up.
- Design year-round programming that reflects the resident community and drives engagement, satisfaction, and retention (monthly events, seasonal activations, resident appreciation, and more).
- Plan and execute brand partnership and community activations, such as fitness classes, local business collaborations, and wellness pop-ups.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, supplies, setup, budget tracking, and day-of execution.
- Promote events to residents across signage, email, and social channels to maximize attendance and participation.
- Ensure photo and video content is captured at each event to support social storytelling and showcase the Paseo community.
- Create post-event recap reports with attendance, spend, highlights, and recommendations for future programming.
- Support resident engagement programs (e.g., Wellness in Residence, Content Creator in Residence), including scheduling, substitutions, and partner accountability.
Resident Experience & Retention
- Serve as a warm, visible point of contact for residents, helping them feel welcomed, connected, and at home at Paseo.
- Oversee move-in orientations and welcome experience to create a strong first impression for new and returning residents.
- Partner with the team on retention and renewal initiatives, using events and everyday touchpoints to strengthen resident loyalty.
- Analyze participation trends, resident feedback, renewal data, and engagement metrics to continuously refine programming and maximize resident satisfaction and retention.
- Host regular resident coffee chats to build relationships, strengthen community connections, and create an approachable space for residents to share feedback, experiences, and ideas for improving life at Paseo.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive community environment and assist with resident questions or concerns with urgency and care.
Partnerships, Outreach & Communication
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium local businesses, chefs, fitness studios, artists, musicians, luxury retailers, hospitality brands, and community organizations that elevate the resident experience while creating mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Programming and Events to activate the Rainey Street district, creating resident perks and shared events that bring residents into the neighborhood and Rainey Street into the Paseo experience.
- Assist with property communications and email newsletters in coordination with the LV Marketing team, including content, scheduling, and promoting upcoming events.
- Partner with the Social Media team to promote events and initiatives and keep Paseo's digital presence active and engaging.
Leasing & Operations
- Support daily leasing activities by responding to prospect inquiries, conducting engaging property tours, following up with leads, and helping prospective residents navigate the leasing process.
- Assist with lease administration, including processing applications, communicating with applicants, maintaining accurate prospect and resident records, and completing required leasing documentation.
- Provide front-office and operational support by answering phones, assisting residents and guests, responding to routine questions, and connecting residents with the appropriate team member or resource when additional assistance is needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay informed on emerging Austin trends, local hotspots, wellness, hospitality, and cultural experiences to keep Paseo programming fresh, relevant, and ahead of the market.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events and activations.
