Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.00 - $32.03 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Detect, track, and document software defects, performance issues, and inconsistencies.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases for mobile apps and system features.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and feedback to the development team.
- Validate firmware, connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G), and hardware interactions.
- Conduct manual and automated testing as per defined procedures and quality criteria.
- Perform testing throughout all phases of the mobile software life cycle — design, develop, test, release, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Beginner: 0–3 years of experience in mobile software or QA testing.
- Experience with mobile test tools (e.g., ADB, Jira, TestRail, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple testing tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of mobile Android OS platforms and device ecosystems.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent time-management and documentation skills.
