Staff Software Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of critical integrations between POS, eCommerce, and SAP systems, enabling real-time inventory visibility and seamless omnichannel experiences for millions of customers. This is an opportunity to own the technical design of business-critical integrations that directly impact customer experience across stores and digital channels while partnering with product, architecture, and business leaders to shape the future of retail technology. 

🔹 What We're Looking For:  

✔️ 7+ years of software engineering experience 
✔️ Expertise with SAP CAR and SAP Integration Suite and experience with SAP CAR, SAP S/4HANA IS-Retail & SAP Integration Suite 
✔️ Experience integrating POS, eCommerce, and SAP Retail solutions 
✔️ Strong understanding of real-time inventory and omnichannel retail capabilities 
✔️ Experience delivering complex SAP implementations end-to-end
