Studio Coordinator (weekends) | Park Slope & Carroll Gardens

Role Summary:

Heatwise is seeking customer service rock stars to serve as Studio Coordinators for our studios.

Who You Are:

A hospitality pro: friendly, hyper-organized, service-oriented, and exceptional attention to detail. You approach your work with a no-job-too-small attitude and are passionate about helping people, community-building, and providing an incredible client experience.

What You Will Do:

• Open and close studio
• Greet clients and complete check-ins, delivering an exceptional client experience
• Welcome and tour new clients
• Assist clients both in-person and via phone to help with their accounts, inquiries and general customer service
• Ensure studio and lobby maintain flawless appearance at all times
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
• Manage Mariana Tek (POS system)
• Assist Heatwise Leadership with additional responsibilities as assigned during shift

Qualifications:

• Warm, welcoming, fun-loving, hard-working
• Passion for customer service
• 1+ year(s) hospitality and/or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Music lover
