The Role • Develop and maintain long-term advertising relationships within a designated territory. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. • Meet and exceed sales objectives through professional sales techniques. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. • Grow Lamar advertising sales, while also strengthening community relationships. What You'll Need • Proven ability to succeed in a sales environment, including cold calling and closing deals. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly. • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a territory effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • Resilience and a motivated approach to overcome challenges and rejection.
