Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead TechnoFunctional Business Analyst S2P with deep experience across Procurement, T&E, Supplier Management, and handson expertise in Coupa, SAP Concur, Zip, and Navan. This role will lead requirements, solution design, configurations, integrations, and system optimization across global S2P platforms. The analyst will partner closely with Procurement, AP, Finance, Tax, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and highperforming S2P solutions.

Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of S2P/P2P Business Analysis experience across Procurement, T&E, Supplier Management

Strong handson expertise with:

Coupa (Pay, Chart of Accounts, Approvals, SIM, Workflows, System Admin)

SAP Concur

Zip

Navan

Deep understanding of ERP integrations, einvoicing, tax compliance, master data, REST APIs, CSV/SFTP

Experience leading technofunctional requirements, solution design, configurations, and integrations

Strong background in S2P system optimization, workflow design, and crossfunctional collaboration

Key Responsibilities
Lead technofunctional analysis across S2P/P2P processes (Procurement, T&E, Supplier Management)

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration activities

Optimize Coupa modules including Pay, CoA, approvals, SIM, workflows, and system administration

Support integrations with ERP, tax engines, einvoicing platforms, supplier systems, and downstream applications

Collaborate with Procurement, AP, Finance, Tax, IT, and vendors to deliver S2P initiatives

Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax rules, audit requirements, and procurement policies

Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and support continuous improvement across S2P platforms
