Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst – FSS Transformation

Location: Irving TX Hybrid

Position Overview

·         We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst to support a Finance Shared Services (FSS) transformation program. The role will work closely with Finance, Shared Services, SAP, technology, and process teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and support the transformation of finance processes across the organization.

·         The ideal candidate will have strong SAP FICO functional expertise, experience with finance transformation/shared services, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with SAP Finance transformation programs

·         Experience with Finance Shared Services operating-model transformation.

·         Experience with SAP Fiori and modern SAP Finance applications.

·         Exposure to finance data platforms, reporting, analytics, and automation.

·         Understanding of SAP integration concepts and interfaces between Finance and other enterprise systems.

·         Experience with finance master data, including GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, vendors, customers, and fixed assets.

·         Experience working in Agile delivery environments and managing POCs through iterative delivery.

·         SAP FICO certification is a plus.
