Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IVR / Agentic GECX Tester with strong contact center testing and automation experience.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience

• 3+ years of experience with Cyara or Agentic Automation tools

• Hands-on experience in IVR, voicebots, and contact center testing

• Google GECX, NGA, Kore.ai, or Dialogflow

• NLP, ASR, TTS, and intent recognition

• API testing using Postman, JSON, and XML

• SQL, Linux, and PuTTY/SSH

• Jira, Octane, STLC, and test automation

• Strong leadership and client communication skills
