Investment Banking Vice President Energy Services M&A - Selby Jennings

The successful candidate will join a growing platform with strong deal flow and the opportunity to take on significant execution and client-facing responsibility, with possibility of future relocation to the middle east.

Successful candidates will:

• Currently hold a Vice President title within an Investment Bank, Corporate Finance Advisory team or equivalent M&A platform.
• Have 5+ years of M&A experience with exposure to Industrials, Business Services, Infrastructure Services, Technology or a related sector.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of transaction execution across buy-side, sell-side and capital raising mandates.
• Possess advanced financial modelling, valuation and deal management capabilities.
• Have experience managing analysts and associates while taking ownership of key execution workstreams.
• Be comfortable engaging directly with senior management teams, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors and strategic acquirers.
• Have experience working on complex cross-border transactions.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to industrial end markets, equipment, services, infrastructure-related sectors or technology-enabled businesses.
• Experience advising clients operating in energy, industrial technology, infrastructure services or adjacent sectors.
• Additional language skills would be viewed favourably.
• International experience or a willingness to work across multiple geographies is advantageous.
