Job Title: Oracle Developer - Utilities Industry

Location: Buffalo, NY or Erie, PA (
Some relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates)

Duration: Full-Time (FTE, Direct Hire)

Job Description:

Role:

The Oracle Developers will support the company s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.


Key Responsibilities:

Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.

Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.

Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.

Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.

Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.

Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.



Background Profile:

Seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP/application environment.


Required Background:

At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.


Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:

o HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Security

o CCS / CC&B: Customer information, customer billing, CRM, or customer-facing systems

o WAM / WACS: Asset management, work management, etc.

o OFSC / CSF: Field scheduling, field service, etc.


Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
