Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of wood pallets.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and engineering drawings.
- Accept or reject finished products based on quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of manufacturing, quality inspection, or carpentry experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots.
