Job Description
LSI Staffing is looking for an experience food production worker for one of our clients in the Carrollton area. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of food production experience, familiarity of FDA Safety regulations, and ability to lift 50-75lbs repeatedly. Duties:
Duties:
- Follow procedures in specification sheets to ensure correct ingredients are used.
- Read document and batch sheets.
- Follow production guidelines.
- Operate control panels.
- Understanding weight and mixing
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs continually.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time without restriction.
- Must always work well with others.
- Excellent hand and eye coordination
- 1st shift- Sunday-Tuesday 6:00am-6:00pm and Wednesday 6:00am-12:00pm $16/hr
- 3rd shift- M-Thur 6:00pm-6:00am $18/hr
