Pay Range:$20.00-$25.00 Per Hr

Description
Join our team as a Field Support Level 1 specialist in the San Fernando area. 
This contract position involves supporting IT operations across multiple outpatient centers. 
You will troubleshoot various systems and equipment, ensuring smooth operations and security. 
Familiarity with standard office software and hardware is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess and meet hardware/software needs.
Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects efficiently.
Provide onsite and remote support for various equipment and software.
Maintain and update systems, ensuring security and functionality.
Coordinate with vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications
1-3 years of IT Support experience; degree in a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC and network operations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
