Senior Program Manager

JOB TITLE: Program Manager- Oracle Finance Transformation

LOCATION: Remote

COMPANY OVERVIEW: An established energy company with a large terminal, fueling, and retail network across the United States. Our client sources and transports petroleum products and renewable fuels through integrated energy businesses that serve changing customer needs.

ROLE SUMMARY: Lead an enterprise Oracle Fusion Finance transformation from strategy and design through implementation, deployment, stabilization, and business value realization. The role oversees multiple finance workstreams, cross-functional teams, implementation partners, governance, and business readiness across a complex transformation program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programs across planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, and value realization.
• Direct workstreams covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Project Accounting, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, Data Conversion, Integration, Change Management, and third-party implementation partners.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, executive reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and decision management.
• Oversee program budgets, financial forecasting, resource planning, vendor management, statement-of-work governance, and implementation partner performance.
• Lead data migration, chart of accounts redesign, financial process standardization, controls compliance, and enterprise reporting transformation.
• Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and upstream and downstream applications, including customer, procurement, banking, tax, and data warehouse platforms.
• Direct change management, communications, training, user readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP and Finance Transformation programs.
• Extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, month-end close optimization, and finance operating model transformation.
• Experience harmonizing business processes across acquisitions and multi-entity organizations.
• Executive-level stakeholder management experience with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and IT leadership.
• PMP certification and expertise in governance, PMO standards, portfolio management, vendor management, and organizational change management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft 365, and Oracle Cloud implementation tools.
