Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer specializing in Conversational AI and Agentic AI platforms to design, develop, deploy, and support production-grade AI applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, AWS Strands, AWS Lex or other deterministic bot platforms, along with experience developing voice bots, chatbots, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.

This role requires practical experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on agent orchestration, tool/function calling, security, observability, scalability, and production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Conversational AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Build and support voice bots and chatbots using AWS Lex or comparable deterministic bot platforms.
• Develop production-grade Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Strands SDK/Framework.
• Design agent workflows involving tool calling, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Implement intent modeling, conversation design, prompt engineering, and NLU capabilities.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Build cloud-native AI solutions using AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Implement secure AI/LLM deployment patterns and enterprise agent architectures.
• Apply AI security controls including guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, data protection, and access controls.
• Optimize AI agents for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production conversational AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Implement model and agent evaluation, grounding, and performance-tuning strategies.
• Support conversational analytics and bot performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, product, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
