You will collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, testers and senior stakeholders to build and improve technology products used by major financial institutions and businesses.

The role offers the opportunity to develop significant expertise within a complex financial technology environment, with the potential to take on increased product ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take product features from discovery through to delivery, writing clear requirements and working closely with design and engineering teams.
  • Prioritise and manage product features in collaboration with senior product leadership.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to prototype ideas, analyse product data and support product development.
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, design and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with operational, commercial and compliance teams to understand business and customer requirements.
  • Use data and quantitative analysis to understand customer activity, identify problems and measure product performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of a complex financial technology domain and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate product requirements, decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years' experience in Product Management within a technology environment.
  • A genuine interest in building and improving digital products.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning, with the ability to work confidently with numbers and data.
  • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar, ideally using them for prototyping, analysis or product development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineers, designers and other technical stakeholders.
  • A curious and proactive approach to learning complex subject areas.
  • The ability to work through challenging problems and translate them into practical product solutions.
  • A collaborative, honest and personable approach to working within a small, growing team.
  • A degree in a STEM or other highly quantitative subject would be advantageous.

Financial services or FX experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from other technology or quantitative environments will also be considered.

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to £60,000
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Hybrid working - 4 days remote/1 day per week in a London office

  • Excellent training and professional development opportunities

The Opportunity
