Location: Carmel, IN
Facility: Ascension St. Vincent Breast Center
Department: Radiation Oncology
Schedule: Days | Full-time | Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Coordinate patient appointments and specialist referrals, obtaining required approvals for schedule updates.
- Maintain accurate healthcare provider contact directories.
- Enter medical appointments, special care instructions, and patient records into the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Ensure compliance by adhering to site-specific protocols and maintaining current documentation.
Licensure / Certification / Registration

- None Required.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Medical Office experience
- Previous patient scheduling experience
