The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, including product development plans and AI requirement definitions. • Identify AI implementation opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and provide intelligent insights across Sales, Finance, and Operations. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections, ensuring measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technology to understand needs and deliver AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles. • Establish KPIs to track AI adoption, cycle time reduction, quote-to-close rates, billing accuracy, and ROI. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes (e.g., CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing). • Skilled knowledge of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) applied to sales and revenue operations. • Experience with AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot, OpenAI, Anthropic). • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
