Location: Mostly remote, with approximately 1 day per week in Stevenage. Occasional travel to other UK client sites may be required for key meetings.

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Decisioning Architect (SDA) to design, configure and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub capabilities within a recruitment solution.

The consultant will work closely with business, architecture and development teams to deliver effective decisioning solutions and ensure seamless integration with relevant internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Configure decisioning strategies, propositions and engagement policies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Customer Decision Hub with internal and external systems.
• Support solution architecture and technical design activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers and wider delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance and quality requirements.
• Produce and maintain relevant technical documentation.
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing improvements.

Essential experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Proven experience working as a Senior Decisioning Architect.
• Experience designing and configuring complex decisioning solutions.
• Strong understanding of next-best-action and Real Time decisioning.
• Experience integrating Pega with internal and third-party systems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical documentation skills.
• Pega Senior Decisioning Architect certification is highly desirable.
• Active UK SC clearance.
• UK-based and able to attend Stevenage approximately once per week.
