Job Summary:
The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and Google Cloud environments. The role focuses on Google Cloud Platform networking, SD-WAN, Palo Alto/Meraki technologies, network automation, security, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise networks across corporate, manufacturing, and restaurant environments.
• Manage Google Cloud Platform networking and mission-critical SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex network and cloud connectivity issues and outages.
• Support Google Cloud Platform VPC, Shared VPC, routing, firewalls/Cloud NGFW, Cloud Armor, load balancers, VMs, and monitoring/logging.
• Manage network security, including Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, IPS/IDS, URL filtering, VPNs, and segmentation.
• Automate network operations using Meraki APIs, Terraform, Helm, and Python.
• Perform deep TCP/IP packet analysis (Layers 1–7).
• Manage SSL certificates, Google Cloud Platform load balancers, and preferably Citrix NetScaler.
• Follow change management, incident response, documentation, and RCA processes.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, systems, application, and business teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing hybrid on-premises and cloud enterprise networks.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and OSI model.
• Strong Google Cloud Platform networking and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Palo Alto and/or Meraki technologies.
• Network automation/scripting experience with Python, Terraform, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and operational skills.
• VMware NSX experience is a plus.
