The Role

• Support the programming and maintenance of database systems.
• Manage, structure, and analyze large datasets, acting as a liaison between internal departments and clients.

• Develop concepts to improve business operations through modern information technology.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college entrance qualification (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, sociability, and initiative.
• Affinity for IT and/or technology.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with potential foundational knowledge in a programming language (e.g., Java, PHP, HTML).
• Good to very good PC, mobile, and internet user skills for software/website development roles.
