Job Title: OCM Lead - SAP S/4HANA

Location: Remote, ET or CT hours (no travel)

Duration: 10 Months Contract

Client: Insight Enterprise

Start: ASAP

Visas: USC/L2EAD/EAD/H1B

Job Description:

Looking for senior OCM Lead opening tied to a large SAP S/4HANA manufacturing transformation, fully remote with ET or CT hours availability.

Experience:

  • Proven ownership of OCM strategy (not just execution) on a large-scale ERP transformation, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Change communications and stakeholder engagement experience at program/executive level.
  • Experience building a training strategy tied to behavioral adoption, not just system training.
  • Manufacturing or aerospace/defense transformation experience is a plus.
