Endpoint Management Consultant

As an Endpoint Management Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the endpoint management systems and tools for our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our endpoints are secure, updated, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to manage and deploy software updates, patches, and configurations to endpoints.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.
• Utilize Jamf to manage macOS and iOS devices within the organization.
• Work with GitHub for enterprise to collaborate on scripts, configurations, and other endpoint management tasks.
• Utilize SolarWinds to monitor and troubleshoot endpoint performance and security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint management solutions align with business objectives and security standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support for endpoint management systems and tools.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management
• Familiarity with Jamf for macOS and iOS device management
• Knowledge of GitHub for enterprise for collaboration and version control
• Experience with SolarWinds for endpoint monitoring and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in endpoint management systems (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Knowledge of network security principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
