WFS (Workforce Software / ADP Workforce Management) Consultant Technical & Functional (Certified)
Location: Onsite (Denver, CO)
Employment Type: Contract / C2C / W2
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced WFS (Workforce Software), now part of ADP Workforce Management, Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions and possess relevant WFS/ADP certifications.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver Workforce Management solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Workforce Software (WFS) / ADP Workforce Management.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Time & Attendance
- Scheduling
- Absence Management
- Labor Forecasting
- Employee Scheduling
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Configuration
- Integrations
- Interfaces
- Data Migration
- Customizations
- API/Web Services
- Experience integrating WFS with:
- HRIS
- Payroll
- ERP systems
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
- Experience with implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and support.
Required Certifications:
- Workforce Software (WFS) Certified Consultant (Mandatory)
- ADP Workforce Management Certification (Preferred)
- Additional WFS Technical or Functional Certifications are highly preferred.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- SQL
- XML
- REST/SOAP APIs
- JavaScript (preferred)
- SFTP/File integrations
- Middleware integration experience
- Reporting and Analytics
- Cloud-based Workforce Management solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional recommendations.
- Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Leave modules.
- Develop and support integrations with Payroll and HR systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Support upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Nice to Have:
- Experience after ADP's acquisition of Workforce Software.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Experience with UKG, Kronos, or Workday integrations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
