Senior Tech Program Manager

Location: Bothell, Washington (Hybrid, 3x / week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise integration initiative focused on microservices, APIs, and cloud modernization. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and program governance. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation of a new multi-cloud integration platform, working with enterprise architects, product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders. Success requires a blend of technical understanding, program leadership, governance, and communication skills to influence transformation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives and oversee day-to-day team work priorities.
• Drive a strategic enterprise integration program focused on microservices, APIs, and cloud modernization.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, project estimates, and implementation plans.
• Act as an evangelist for new platforms and patterns, driving adoption across the enterprise.
• Manage context-switching between servicing in-flight projects and evangelizing new platform patterns.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Drive governance across multiple business and technology teams, creating process rigor and organizational alignment.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and evaluate the performance of programs, services, and initiatives.
• Support a shift to product-centric delivery through education and tactical recommendations.
• Influence without direct authority and build momentum for strategic initiatives in ambiguous environments.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project and program management, including all project methodologies.
• 3+ years of agile experience.
• Experience leading programs involving microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of API development, integration, and governance.
• Experience delivering projects in AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with enterprise application integration projects and driving adoption across an enterprise.
• Ability to discuss enterprise architecture concepts with architects and engineering teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Organizational Design, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Applicable education and experience may be substituted.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Portfolio/Program Management experience.
• Experience with Azure in addition to AWS, and supporting or leading multi-cloud strategies.
• Involvement with integration platforms or middleware technologies.
• Agile and/or Project Management certifications.
• A Master's Degree is a plus
