Business Operational Readiness Analyst – Underwriting

12 Months contract –  Later  extension

McLean , VA – On-site   M-F  

Must Have Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of related experience supporting technology implementation initiatives and coordination efforts.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, reporting/dashboard creation – including providing leadership updates.
• Strong communication, presentation and organization skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, is required.
• Financial / mortgage background is a nice to have.

Job Description :

We are seeking a Business Operational Readiness Analyst – Underwriting to support underwriting transformation initiatives by ensuring business readiness for new processes, technology platforms, and operational changes. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop readiness plans, support UAT, training, communications, risk and compliance activities, and drive successful business adoption with minimal operational disruption.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Operational Readiness, Business Transformation, Change Management, or Program Delivery.
• Experience in Underwriting, Multifamily, Financial Services, Banking, or Mortgage environments.
• Knowledge of business processes, operational workflows, risk, controls, and compliance.
• Experience with UAT, go-live readiness, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
