Business Analyst - Workday / HR Payroll

Description

Primary Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Creating business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps. Designing solutions to support non-standard work that meets business needs, workflow changes, and/or process re-engineering. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding.

Partner with the other Benefits & EBS leads to ensure a common consistent process Coordinate with SAP, operational, and business process SMEs across RTX Leading the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensuring that they meet business requirements. Assist in training users and providing ongoing support for new or updated systems. Foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners Assist project management with scheduling, resourcing, and change management activities.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Prior hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, or support of timekeeping, payroll, and/or Workday software projects. o Specific knowledge / experience with Paid Time Off, Leave of Absence, Leave Accruals is desired Must demonstrate expertise in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of software solutions. 10+ years' working experience and knowledge of Business Services business processes and technical system knowledge

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
