Senior Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Remote


We are looking for a Senior Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer with strong experience in building and supporting scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of Data Engineering experience
  • 5+ years of Google Cloud Platform experience
  • Strong experience with BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Composer (Airflow), and GCS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL
  • Experience with ETL/ELT development
  • Knowledge of Data Quality, validation, reconciliation, and governance
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and performance tuning
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD
  • Experience working in Agile environments
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform
  • Develop data solutions using BigQuery, Dataproc, PySpark, and Cloud Composer
  • Implement data quality and validation processes
  • Work with business teams, architects, and governance teams
  • Handle requirements, development, deployment, and production support
