Senior Product Owner Atlassian and Portfolio Platform Management

Location : Warren, NJ (hybrid)
Duration : 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Client is looking for Senior Product Owner / Platform Consultant to lead and optimize our enterprise Atlassian and Portfolio Management suite (Jira, Confluence, Tempo, PPM Pro). Operating with high autonomy within a lean Corporate Applications team, you will drive platform governance, resource management, workflow automation, and executive reporting to improve portfolio visibility across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

•Platform Leadership: Own the vision, roadmap, administration, and continuous improvement of Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and PPM Pro.

•Governance & Process Optimization: Establish platform standards, streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and maintain data integrity.

•Executive Visibility: Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting to track portfolio investments, project execution, and resource utilization.

•Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional technology and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

Required Qualifications

•Experience: 5+ years in Product Ownership, Platform Administration, Portfolio Management, or Business Analysis.

•Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience administering and governing Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and/or PPM Pro.

•Core Competencies: Strong background in Agile delivery, resource/capacity planning, workflow automation, and executive reporting.

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

•Atlassian: ACP, Jira Administration, or Atlassian Cloud Organization Administration.

•Agile & PPM: CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or PPM Pro Certification
