The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network within the community
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster member retention
• Build a profitable business through self-motivation and dedication
• Support members with insurance products and other services

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background, credit check, and drug screen
