We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our Appian team. He / She will design, develop, and deploy scalable low-code solutions that streamline complex business processes. Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and system architects, you will translate business requirements into high-performing enterprise applications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Appian SAIL interfaces, expression rules, and process modeling.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
• Solid understanding of web services design (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (like Git)

For Mid-level :

• 3 to 5 years with 2 to 3+ years specifically in Appian.
• Appian Certified Associate or Professional Developer
• Builds SAIL interfaces, writes expression rules, and creates process models.

For senior / lead :

• 6+ years with 4 to 5+ years specifically in Appian
• Appian Certified Senior Developer or Lead Developer
• Directs database schema design, manages environments, and handles complex APIs/integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Application Design & Development: Build enterprise-scale solutions using Appian SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer), Process Models, Records, and Business Rules.
• System Integration: Connect Appian workflows with external systems and databases using REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and SQL.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, debug application issues, optimize system performance, and resolve technical debt.
• Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, perform peer code reviews, and assist with CI/CD deployment processes.
• Documentation: Create technical documentation, maintain system configurations, and adhere to Appian development best practices
